Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also find Tracking Info if you have the SHOP app.
Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at CONTACT with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost or delayed, please allow up to 7 additional business days before contacting us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.​
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are unclaimed or refused will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued minus any return shipping costs incurred, and a restocking fee may apply.
